The Layout of the Town
The Inner Core: The 3×3 Neighborhood Grid
At the heart of the town lies the Inner Neighborhood Grid, a dense urban core of nine blocks. Building heights scale proportionally to the street width.
The Garden Perimeter
Every URB is a sanctuary. Surrounding each 720ft square is a 45ft deep linear garden, enclosed by the iconic URBAL garden fence: a massive limestone block base topped with ornate wrought iron, modeled after the Tuileries Garden in Paris.
Ornate Pink Gateways
As you traverse the town, you are greeted by grand Pink Gateways — architectural portals of stone and iron that mark the entrance to each residential core. These portals serve as both wayfinding landmarks and symbols of the town's security and sovereignty.

The Outer Wall: A Gallery of Architecture
In a world-first collaboration, every 80ft section of the wall is designed by a different classical architect, creating a continuous, four-mile gallery of stone that celebrates the diversity of traditional craftsmanship and architectural excellence.
