Stewards place one pledge per raise — $100 for a 1BR up to $250 for a 4BR — until the raise closes at $5B. URBAL is built for a pledger base reaching 25 million competing for the dwelling units one raise funds — 10,000 in a town raise, 20,000 in a city raise — and a raise does not open until that base is real and active.
The mission
We don't reform the system. We build outside it.
Every reform path runs back through the same structures that produced the problem, which is why URBAL does not take one. It builds on new land instead.
A URBAL town is the whole alternative, settled before the first stone: construction in load-bearing stone priced to income, direct primary care paid straight from the monthly fee, everything daily inside a five-minute walk, and governance that is local, binding and written to a ledger nobody can quietly edit.
