Curated Commerce

Every business in your town pledged before the town was built — earning 0% local sales tax permanently. Every December, stewards vote on every commercial lease in the town. Poor performers are replaced. Great ones stay. This is called Mainstay. It has never existed in commercial real estate.

Neighbors by Choice

Only people who pledged during the raise may ever live in the town. Absolute. Permanent. Enforced by the LEC contract, the CLT deed restrictions, and the Hyperledger record. Every person you pass on the street wanted this to exist enough to put money on it before it did.
